Welcome (back) Kayode, Sean, and Sarah! Kayode joined the lab at the beginning of January as a PhD student. He is coming after a being a visiting scholar at KAUST with Dr. Magda Julkowska and Dr. Mark Tester. He received his MSc in Plant Breeding in 2019 from University of Ibadan and his BSc in Biology in 2015 from Ahmadu Bello University, both in Nigeria. We are thrilled to have him in the lab. Sean is rejoining the lab as an MSc student after productive co-op terms. He will receive his BSc from U of M next month. We are so excited to have him back as a graduate researcher. Sarah is rejoining the lab as a research assistant after a very productive co-op term this fall. She has become a qPCR pro and is knocking off lots of assays every week. We couldn't do it without her. I am looking forward to an excellent semester with this crew. Onwards and upwards!
